My Weight Loss Story

Hi, my name is Clarence Chan and I am a weight loss coach.  Welcome to my blog, dedicated to weight loss for men.  However, even if you are a woman, you will find some extremely helpful tips here for you to lose weight.

I regularly coach men to lose weight with some powerful methods that help you lose weight and keep it off. I myself have lost about 11 kg (about 24 lb) in just 3 months.  Yes, that’s me in this Before and After photo.

I am a medium framed Asian, 5’ 8” tall (about 174 cm) and I was about 10 kg above my ideal weight.  I started putting on the pounds when I turned 45 years old.  And no matter what I tried (dieting, exercise, even fasting), I couldn’t lose weight.

Then, I went on this weight loss program and regained my ideal weight.  I was blown away by my own progress so I promptly learned how to coach others using the same methods I used.  By the way, this method also works wonders for women.

And the great thing is that I lost weight WITHOUT skipping any meals, dieting, weight loss drugs or heavy exercise.  In fact, I ate MORE and lost weight!

In my weight loss experience, I discovered that you can lose weight fast with some other methods but you quickly regain it after you stop the program.  This is because most other weight loss programs miss out something vital.  Without this, you won’t be able to keep your weight down for good.

I have stopped my weight loss program for some time now but I have not regained any of the weight I lost.  In fact, whenever I have a little too much to eat (like at wedding dinners), my weight may rise by about 1 kg (about 2.2 lb) but here’s the kicker – my body quickly burns up the extra calories on its own and brings my weight back down to my ideal weight.  Amazing, huh?
